d-h, i agree -- but there was treachery around every corner, as the century wore on (as we all know), so i don't envy them that. it makes many of them even more heroic to me; a few perished without a trace. the ones that went on: what brilliance they lent us!
We need a time machine to take us back to the time and place of Bauhaus!
